Narrative

Employee was on top of a joy 14-09 continuous mining machine plumbing hoses into a bolter module. He was working from his knees when he felt sudden pain in his left leg and knee. When he tried to stand up he was unable to straighten his leg. He was removed from the mine and sent to the hospital for evaluation.
