Narrative

Injured was lifting a heavy plate with a helper felt several pops in his elbow joint causing loss of strength in lower arm. PPE was not factor, mining equipment/systems was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, proficiency was a factor. This injured became a lost time injury on 10/3/2013, he worked everyday until 10/3/2013.
