Haul truck operator was stepping out of the cab for a smoke break, slipped on some rocks on the deck, and felt a pop in his knee, and felt pain. He waited about an hour later and reported to his supervisor. He was taken the ER, taken off work until he can see an orthopedic specialist. CURRENTLY ONGOING.
