Narrative

Employee became ill during a molten zinc pour. The employee verified his PPE was correct and had proper air flow. Employee went to the emergency room and was released w/out restrictions. The employee went to clinic on 10/10/13 and was instructed to stay off work the following day if his flu like symptoms continued.
