Narrative

Injured was helping a co-worker move a 4"" twenty foot piece of pipe and when his co-worker pushed on the pipe to walk, injured felt a popped in his left shoulder and pain. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
