## Narrative

A carpenter using a 1/2"" drill with a 3/4"" paddle bit was drilling a 2x4. The drill caught a nail, causing the handle to twist.  The 4th and 5th finger on his right hand was caught in the twisting motion of the handle, bending them away from the other fingers.   Employee has a fracture of the 4th Metacarpal bone.
