Employee was helping replace a section of 14"" diameter by 55 long Drisco pipe that ran out through a wall and down into a surge tank. One bolt had been installed in the flange. The pipe was being rotated to make alignment of the holes. The pipe turned and rolled around and pinched employee's right middle finger between a 2"" steel water line and the Drisco pipe.
