Narrative

Injured moved ram jack off of shearer went to pick it up, to get the ram out of the walk way. He went to place it on top of shield toe he smashed his middle finger between ram and double eye when he was setting it down. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
