## Narrative

The dissolve tote in the Crystal Plant was beginning to overflow due to a plugged line. The operator was using a water hose to unplug the line; this caused electrolyte to splash up onto the right side of his face and eye. He washed his face but continued experiencing irritation. He was taken to the clinic then on to a medical facility for treatment.
