## Narrative

Course Crusher Maintenance Employee was removing the bolts for the support plate of a dust seal for the 60"" mantle. In the process they dropped the 1"" impact wrench that they were using and it landed on their left small finger. The impact caused a laceration to the finger requiring 3 stitches.
