## Narrative

Employee was reaming a hole using an electric end grinder. The wind blew a foreign object into his left eye. Employee was wearing safety glasses and a full face shield. After flushing the eye with eyewash, employee stated that his eye was still irritated. Employee was taken to Care Now clinic. No foreign object was discovered in his eye, but the eye was slightly scratched.
