## Narrative

Employee was changing out the K410 DDC burner gasket. While installing the gasket between the 8"" flanges the pry bar slipped and the flange closed together pinching the end of his index finger on his right hand. The end of the finger was cut off and surgery performed later that afternoon. Employee returned to the doctor on Thursday, 11/7 for evaluation. Could be off 2-4 weeks.
