Injury was not reported at the time of the incident or while on SWN property. Injured employee reported to his dispatcher after leaving the sand mine that he was getting down from his trailer after opening his lids and slipped on the trailer ladder causing him to fall to the ground. Driver was hooked to SRL at time of incident.
