## Narrative

An unintentional roof fall occurred at the 5WLW tailgate, entry #3, crosscut 42.  The fall measured approximately 18 feet in length, 18 foot in width, and 20-25 feet high.  The fall will be mined through, during longwall mining, and the fall will become part of the gob line.
