## Narrative

Roof Bolter on Unit#5 was trammed up on the right foot of EE by another ee who was at the side tram controls.  EE was leaning over the mid section of bolter on the right side of bolter.  He was cleaning off space for some bolts and did not hear bolter start up due noise from forklift.
