## Narrative

Ee used his own body to try to push bent handrails back into place. He braced his back against a rail and pushed hard with his feet against the bent handrails. After working remainder of shift, went home, slept, and woke with pain the next day.  Seen at clinic, diagnosed with upper back strain, released to restricte duty.
