## Narrative

Injured was cutting a bad section of rockdust hose out with a razor knife, the blade broke. This cause the knife to slip off the hose cutting left wrist. Cause not using the right tool for the job. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, compliance rules/regs could be a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
