## Narrative

Employee was using a 4-1/2 inch electric grinder while fabricating handrails, he set the grinder on the table before the wheel had stopped spinning, and the sanding flap wheel caught his glove and sucked it into the grinder between the wheel and the guard. The incident became reportable on 11/6/13 when the employee did not report for his scheduled shift.
