## Narrative

Presumed clothing/footwear contamination due to chemical process residue. Employee was administered beta-blocker as a precautionary measure due to pre-existing unmanaged hyper-tension condition. He then was transported to Good Sam Banner hospital, observed, and released without restriction. Employee returned to work his normal shift duration the next day.
