## Narrative

Employee was installing a roof bolt in the rib on the 1 West section and as he was inserting the bolt into the rib he hit the top of his left hand on the drill guide. Employee felt pain and a knot raised up on his left hand. Employee worked fifteen days following the incident was off three days came back and worked seven days before being taken off work on Nov. 21,2013.
