## Narrative

Employee was striking a piece of metal that had become stuck between the roller on the 10A belt conveyor and the chute with a sledgehammer to try to dislodge it. The sledgehammer head bounced off the metal and the sledgehammer head and shaft struck the employee in the mouth, chin and cheek.
