## Narrative

Employee removed a cover to unchoke a pipe located below Kiln #1 Primary Dust Cyclone. Upon removing a cover plate on the pipe, a large amount of dust was expelled into the atmosphere. Dust got behind the employee's safety glasses and entered both his eyes.
