Electrical power service to mine site interrupted rendering all electric hoists inoperative. Adjoining west mine hoists also affected. U/G miners temporarily unable to exit to surface. Personnel moved to refuge areas. Power and hoist service restored at 4:55 a.m. No injury or illness reported.
