Narrative

Employee was cutting bolts from a bearing house when the wheel of the grinder kicked back causing his left hand to loose grip with the grinder. The left hand came in contact with the cutting wheel causing a 1"" laceration to his left index finger knuckle. Injury required 3 stitches.
