## Narrative

Employee was helping position the crude oil rack on the next rail car to be loaded. When the rack was close to being in position, employee stepped on a yellow concrete block to signal the driver to stop. Employee slipped off the yellow block and fractured his left ankle. Employee was driven to the hospital and treated.
