Narrative

The employee was throwing over miner cable, when he stepped on a chunk of coal measuring 6"" x 2"" thick, with the outside of his foot. His foot slipped /rolled off the coal causing pain in the front left side of his foot. The IE was transported to the hospital and determined that there was a fracture of the 5th metatarsal.
