## Narrative

The employee stated that he felt something hit the corner of his eye as he was installing a  roof bolt. He removed his glasses to wipe his eye and felt a burning sensation in his eye and then flushed his eye but it got worse and he decided to go to the Dr. to have it examined the Dr. prescribed him antibotics to prevent infection and placed the employee off work for two days.
