Narrative

ESO was lifting a full 5 gallon container of water to replace an empty on the water cooler. The injured was in motion of lifting the full container from the floor to carry to the cooler when he felt a sharp pain in his right shoulder and dropped the container to the ground. Witness began immediately assessing his injury.
