## Narrative

Employee was tasked to check the cyclones and read the tank level at the ore storage tank.  When he got to the tank, he called to the control room to shut down the 1 & 2 storage pumps because the overflow box was leaking onto steps.  He went to the top of the tank of perform duties.  When he came back down, he slipped on the wet steps. He strained his left shoulder and right wrist.
