## Narrative

Employee operating bag spout valve up and down filling 4000# bags at tank #1. he reported his shoulder was bothering him. We sent him to the company doctor and the doctor said that he had a bone spur to take aleve and he was released for full duty work (it was an first aid only case). employee says still hurting and went to see his own doctor and now he is waiting to get an MRI.
