Narrative

Employee was walking beside a de-energized ram car. Went through a clear curtain the ram car was parked under. The operator of the ram car did not realize he had not cleared the ram car, and energized the machine engaged the steering swung the bed and caught him between the rib and the bed fracturing his right femur.
