Narrative

An ee was fatally injured performing functions to unload a railroad tank car in the reagent barn. Site medical responders and local EMS responded to the scene and the ee was transported to the hospital. Incident investigation is in progress working on top of a railroad tanker car, fell and landed on a concrete floor approximately 12 feet below.
