At approx. 4:10 pm, a roof fall above the anchorage was discovered in the 4North intake escapeway just inby spad no. 52+65. The fall was approx. 40ft long 16ft wide and 6.5ft high. There were no injuries or property damage. The fall was dangered off and the escapeway re-routed. The area had been supported with 6ft resin assisted bolts.
