## Narrative

Employee stated that he picked up a bottom roller leaning against the coal rib. As he walked to his ride to load the roller the rib gave way and a section 72"" x 45"" x 12"" rolled off struck him in the buttocks and pushed him to the center of the entry where he fell on the belt roller he was carrying, causing a contusion to his left chest & armpit.
