Narrative

Employee was rebricking inside the kiln and using a 4"" portable grinder to smooth the metal surface on 12/10/2013. Safety glasses were worn at all time while in the kiln and safety glasses and a face shield were worn while grinding. Employee reported on 12/11 his felt material on his eye. Treatment was sought the following day.
