## Narrative

Employee was walking past a locomotive when he stumbled on a piece of coal causing him to lose his balance and strike his left bicep on the motor tearing it and requiring surgery.  The accident didn't involve compliance regulations.  The employee was trained and had a positive attitude. The injury was not related to clothing or PPE.
