Narrative

On December 5, 2013, the employee walked out of the Mobile Shop when the wind picked up and dust blew into his left eye. The employee washed his eye with eyewash and clean it through the night. On December 6, 2013 the employee's eye was sore and sensitive to light and received medical attention. He was diagnosed with a cornea abrasion and dust particles were removed from the eye.
