Narrative

Removing ventilation tubing and was struck by a falling rib 2 feet x 3 feet x 1-1/2 feet thick that struck him on the left side of his body on the shoulder, arm, leg and knee. He continued to work until 12/16/13 at which time he was taken off work for surgery to his left knee for a meniscus tear.
