Employee was walking down from parking lot, stepped on uneven ground and fell to the pavement, hitting shoulder. EE was taken to the ER, and released with restrictions within the scope of work. EE sought additional medical treatment on 12/11/13, was released with stronger restrictions for 12/13/13. Currently ongoing.
