## Narrative

On October 15, 2013 a technician was pulling on a pump suction line that was stuck in the mud.  When the hose broke loose, the technician fell backwards with his feet stuck in the mud, twisting his knee.  He had a medical procedure on December 19,2013 that makes this incident reportable.
