## Narrative

Employee was maneuvering water hose behind the heater in the corner of MD1 area.  The nozzle of the water hose stuck open and employee had to retreat from area with water flow still on.  Her hard hat got caught by a rubber gas line hose which caused her to start falling but she caught herself.  After a few hours, her knees began to hurt.  She was diagnosed with knee strain.
