## Narrative

Individual was working with the track crew removing haulage rails from the longwall section. He was standing in front and to the side of a rail being pulled with a steel rope. The clevis and cable broke loose from the end of the rail and struck the individual on both lower legs causing a fracture to the tibia bones in both legs.
