Narrative

He was taking down miner cable out of the hooks. As he was taking the cable out of one hanger, the hanger behind him came apart and the miner cable fell out of the hooks. The cable knocked him down and his hard hat fell off. He struck his head on the shuttle car and received a laceration to the right side of his head. The result of the laceration was four sutures.
