## Narrative

Injured employee sustained a laceration to his left wrist/hand while operating a roof bolter on 1 North Mains.  The employee was inserting a 12' cable bolt into the hole when the plate caught on the bolt.  He used the bolt wrench to strike the plate when the plate came loose and moved down the bolt striking his hand.  Three sutures were required to close the wound.
