Narrative

On 6-1-13 employee filed a claim of repetitive trauma to both hands and wrists from years of repetitive use. Employee continued to work with this condition while seeking a medical opinion about the symptoms that persisted. On 12-27-13 he had surgery to correct the condition. The first day of work missed due to this condition was 12-30-13.
