Narrative

Emp raising the boom with the fast feed lever with right hand and holding 6 steels in the hole with his left hand. The end of the steel extended out of the hole 10"" and as the boom was coming up to meet the end of the steel, the operator stated that the boom jumped & pushed his left hand up in the hole between the back and the turn table of the bolter.
