## Narrative

The employee was preparing to refill a bulk rock duster tank in the head gate area of the 21A longwall when he turned his face and struck his chin against the handle for the lid.  He sustained a laceration requiring 3 sutures. The employee's lack of paying attention to his surroundings contributed to this accident.
