Narrative

EE was replacing bad bolts in the SB-920. He was using an air impact to tighten new bolts, while in the process of tightening a bolt an old bolt popped loose hitting him on his right ear. When the bolt hit him on the ear he lost his footing and tried to catch himself with his left arm. He said when he caught himself he twisted his left arm and wrist.
