Employee standing near #4 shield when a rock laying on the mine floor pinched his foot between the rock and the panline. Cause of the injury was the rock being near the movenment of the shield. PPE was not a factor/mining equip was not a factor/mining systems was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency may be a factor.
