Narrative

Employee was operating a scraper in the mine. The scraper was being pushed by a bulldozer. The bulldozer encountered a large rock and lost contact with the scraper. The bulldozer then slid off of the rock, and shift forward suddenly, hitting the scraper. This caused excessive force and resulted in a whiplash type of injury to both operators.
